Now real talk. The amount of Fat you’ll “burn” during exercise depends on so many factors, and many of them are not even related to the type of workout you’ll actually do. Even if we did the most ideal workout purely driven by Fat Oxidation, that means shit in overall Body Fat Composition and for that Belly that we’re trying to lose.
Things like:
1. Quality and quantity of Food that we consume (yeah Calories, bla bla) ,
2. Other Activities (NEAT) including steps you walked, time you, spend playing with your kids/ friends, how many hours you, spend standing VS sitting…
3. Lifestyle,
4. Sleep
5. Stress etc.
This should be your main focus!

OK ok, enough of “life coaching” here’s what I usually do when I’m short of time or/and equipment. Connect 8 exercises in sequence: Lower Body, Upper Body (pull) , Core, Cardio, Lower Body, Upper Body (push), Core Cardio. And repeat them in streamline fashion choosing exercises and reps as per feeling and availability. Do as many rounds possible in a given time. If you’re not absolutely wasted after 4th round – you went too light or took longer brakes.
